📋 1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Deprem Uyarı Sistemi X mobile application ("App") or visiting depremuyarilari.com ("Website"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, please uninstall the App and cease using the Website immediately.

🔑 2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use the App on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Access the Website and its publicly available features.

This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise exploit the App or Website.

🚫 3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Use the App or Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access earthquake data without prior written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App, Website, or related systems.

⭐ 4. Premium Subscription

The App offers optional Premium subscription plans that unlock additional features including location-based notifications, priority alerts, and advanced filters.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or Apple App Store according to the plan you select.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your Google Play or App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Google Play or Apple App Store under their respective policies.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice.

📡 5. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

🛡️ 6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App and Website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or Website.
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $10 if you have not made any payment).

🌐 7. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including Firebase (Google LLC), OpenStreetMap contributors, and app store platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or content of any third-party service.

🔄 8. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App and this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

❌ 9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your license to use the App immediately ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

⚖️ 10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
